The Best Fish and Chips

Mr. Fish and Chips
We had the best fish and chips in San Diego when we were returning to Los Angeles. After a day in Sea World Theme park, wet, cold, hungry, and were very tired, we drove off the highway looking for a nice warm place to dine. From our online search for Fish and Chips on Google we found a place not too far from one of the exit on interstate highway five called Mr. Fish and Chips. Without much hesitation, we quickly decided to head for the nearest one.

With Onion Rings
When we got there, I realized that Mr. Fish and Chips is actually owned by a Chinese couple. Taiwanese to be correct. The husband was managing the diner during that time and he was one friendly person. Greeting everyone that comes through the door and wishing everyone that was leaving the diner Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I was chatting with him for about three minutes and seems like we have known each other for a long time.

Fish Sandwich
Not only is Mr. Fish and Chips friendly but the Fish and Chips that he served was the best I have ever tasted. It was superbly delicious. The cod fish fillet with the fried batter was crunchy and flavourful on the outside and super juicy in the inside. The fries and onion rings too was really good. The fries was not greasy at all and the onion rings was fried with the same batter used for the fish fillet. I really enjoyed the meal. In the diner, there were a range of sauces and dips for the diners to choose from. The whole dining experience in Mr. Fish and Chips was just marvelous.
